Man found dead in chair outside Colerain Township business fire, police rep says

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - Colerain Township police are investigating after a dead man was found in a chair next to the driveway of a business on fire early Sunday, a police spokesman tells FOX19 NOW.
Multiple units responded to the 6900 block of Ripple Road for a fire at a residence on the property, according to Colerain Police spokesperson, Jim Love.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found a male suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
Police confirmed that he died at the scene from an apparent suicide.
According to police, the business was already fully engulfed when crews arrived around 1 a.m. Sunday.
After further investigation, police confirmed that the fire was intentionally set by the man before he died.
Police said that no one was injured as a result of the fire.
No damage estimate was available and police did not release the identity of the person found dead.
